Portuguese sailors( who called the bird duodo, or simpleton ), Dutch sailors & British sailors came off their ships, ignorant, rapacious & hungry. They clubbed the naive slow-running birds by the hundreds, & ate them. Pigs & rats from the ships ate the eggs. Before the end of the 17th century, the dodo was gone.

I'm part human & part falcon. Stand about 8 ft tall, have razor sharp stainless steel wings. Just love dressing up in funky outfits. Most of the time I just wear my standard blue space suit with the red gloves & high boots. Sometimes I can completely change my form. I can be a total falcon or an eagle woman or a spider woman or a whirlwind... The stainless steel spike a top my head is a tracking device so my family on the Moon can keep tabs on me. And it also gives me special powers, not to mention free cable & internet! I wear a black leather hoody to keep my head warm when soaring at high altitudes & speeds. Plus it just looks totally fresh! It's so sad whenever I hear about all these beautiful and innocent birds being hunted down to extinction. Shame on humankind for sure!!!
