Sam Smith took place right in the heart of South Etobicoke on the Lakeshore . Paintings, illustrations, photograghy & hand made jewellery could be found at this artistic, nature lovin' extravaganza. It was our 1st of this kind & it need not be the last.

Return of the great Monarch

This acrylic on 4 canvas piece is a tribute to the return of the great Monarch Butterfly. A few years ago we didn't see too many of them. It seemed like they were all but wiped out, but they're back. I see them every where now & it fills my heart with joy.

Hey gang! Remember these guys? Adminbird was looking deep in the SkyPatrol vaults when she found this OLD & I mean vintage photo. It's my chum Woodsy Owl, Smokey the Bear & Me. (without my hoody) Though times have long changed, the message remains the same;"Give a hoot don't pollute!" And don't leave your campfire burning in the woods when you leave. Extinguish it properly! The forest dwellers HATE forest fires! And so do I!
